Using the Gods to beat the odds.

Friday Night Mass

1st October Matches

Good evening my flock! So, this will be the first week of trading that I’ll be looking at sticking some money on. What are my thoughts? Well, below are some of the trades I’ve been looking at, and how I feel I’ll be approaching them:

Arsenal vs Spurs
I’ll be looking at around the 1-1 correct score here, with a view to taking the correct scores 2-1 and 1-2. My model identifies the 1-1 correct scoreline as the one that comes out most frequently. With Spurs’ injuries, I’ll think they’ll approach this game looking for a point. Arsenal have been playing well of late, but haven’t really played many ‘decent’ teams so it’s difficult to know how they’ll fair here against a solid Spurs team.

Liverpool vs Brighton
I’ll probably go for 2-0 and 2-1, with a hedge on Liverpool AOH. I think Liverpool will be a much different proposition from the team that has played previously. Brighton will offer stiff opposition and will be no rollover, but I can see Liverpool coming good, especially with injured players coming back into the fold.

Palace vs Chelsea
I’m probably just going to go for a straight 1-2 on this. I’m not sure I’m going to couple this with any other correct scores. With this kicking off at 3pm alongside with the Liverpool game, I’m also not sure if I will trade 2 games at the same time as this can be an unwelcome distraction, and I should really just be focusing on the one game.

Fingers crossed our prayers will be answered and we’ll gain some success. I hope you’ll join me for the Sunday service, for more possible trades that I’ll be looking into. Amen my trading brothers!
