…on a Saturday morning at around 9am – apologies! Unfortunately I didn’t get around to posting the Friday Night Mass on the actual Friday night, so I’ve decided to do it on this miserable, damp Saturday morning. When I had a look at the matches being played today there wasn’t that much that grabbed my attention. Although, below are the two games that I should be trading today, and my approach to trading these games:
Man City vs Fulham
Looking at the AOH correct score, it’s currently trading at 2.6!!! Which is quite possibly the lowest I’ve seen it priced in all my time doing correct score trading. This just underlines how dangerous this Man City side is. I’d expect that price to go out should Haaland not be available, but not by much as they’re still an extremely strong side without him. Looking at Fulham’s past results, defensively they don’t look the strongest away from home. So it’s a very strange one this, does 2.6 for AOH offer value??? I’m 50/50 on this. If there’s an early Man City goal then I expect Fulham to crumble. And Man City seem to love an early goal. Sod it, if Haaland isn’t available I’ll go for 2-0 and hedge the AOH correct score, with a view to trading out of the 2-0 when it gets hit. Hopefully Fulham offer strong resistance it won’t be too early in the match that Man City get their first goal. If Halland is fit I may just bet outright on the AOH correct score and leave it at that.
Everton vs Leicester
I’m a bit more assured in my selections for this match. I’m opting for 2-0, 1-1, 2-1, and 1-2. I can see Everton being a bit more up for this than their opponents. It’s a late kick-off, and Goodison Park under the lights seems to bring out the best in their fans. Unless Leicester get the first goal, I strongly see this going Everton’s way.
That’s it for today. I think there’s some good matches happening tomorrow which should make the Sunday Sermon interesting. Good luck with your trades today if you’re doing any. May the Lord be with you. Always.
