Using the Gods to beat the odds.

Results – 15th Nov ’22

Here is my profit and loss for the weekend games 12th-13th November:

As you can see, I posted a nice profit of £11.54. This was a welcome change on the previous three week’s losses. This is how it affected the overall profit and loss:

As you can see, I didn’t do enough in week 8 to push myself into the green before the World Cup break. Although I did say I would be happy to stop the rot, and that’s exactly what I did. So any type of green was a welcome sight. I will say though that giving yourselves targets to hit is good in terms of giving yourself something to aim for, but it shouldn’t be the be all and end all. It can be detrimental to your trading, so yes – set targets, but don’t be disappointed if they are not hit. There are plenty of games to make the target the next week.

With a massive break now until the next round of Premier League games, I’m going to use this time to have a look at my stats and try to see in what areas I can improve. I can’t say international football is something I’m very knowledgeable about, so I probably won’t be doing any trades for this competition. I’ll be doing a few fun bets whilst watching the games no doubt, but nothing serious. I will still be posting on here and giving my views and thoughts on trading and what-not. I may even do a few book reviews if I find enough time (doubt it though with Christmas around the corner). In fact – I may even find some time to turn my hand to doing a bit of pre-race horse trading and see how I go with that. Whatever trading/betting you may get up to, I wish you good luck. And may the Lord be with you. Always!
