Back in the Black – Week 11 Results

Hello my football trading brethren. You’ll be happy to hear that I had a good weekend trading. With my renewed confidence I took on three trades this weekend and managed to get a green out of all three. As mentioned in my post prior to the weekend’s games, I decided to lay Liverpool in the early Premier League game on Saturday. And as also mentioned in that same post, I took a similar approach for the Crystal Palace vs Newcastle game as I did with the Crystal Palace vs Man Utd game that occurred earlier in the week, and that reaped in another nice profit for the day. On the Sunday I decided to only trade the Man City vs Wolves game, which gave me my third profitable match for the weekend. Here are my results:

As you can see, these were three trades that brought in similar amounts of profit. I was happy with how all three trades went, as they all went relatively smoothly to give a total profit of £26.69. Here’s the totals for each week on my journey so far:

With the £26.69 total earned from the weekend’s games, added to the -£0.95 loss earlier in the week, meant that the total for week 11 ended up to be £25.74. This was my most profitable week to date. This gave a cumulative total of £15.80 for the journey so far, but most importantly I was back in the black! I’ll try and post a graph to go alongside the table to provide a visual representation of my weekly cumulative profit and loss on my journey so far.

It’s FA Cup this weekend, and I’ve got a few trades already lined up. I’ll probably be looking at the Man City vs Arsenal, Man Utd vs Reading, and Brighton vs Liverpool games. I’ll post something up nearer the time. Probably Thursday. So until then, I wish you luck in any trades you undertake. And may the Lord be with you. Always.
