Good morning my fellow Sunday worshippers. I managed to post a green for yesterday’s Bournemouth vs Newcastle match. Not quite the green I wanted, but profit is profit so I can’t grumble. So onto today’s games, and looking at the stats I might trade them both. Here’s my breakdown of both games and how I will be approaching them:

Leeds vs Man Utd

I’m expecting Man Utd to be a bit more wise to this Leeds team having only just played them in midweek. And I expect them to be on their guard a little more too against Leeds’ attacking threat. So, I’m not expecting too much on the goals side from this Leeds side, and I think Man Utd could grab all three points here. I’m leaning strongly towards the 1-2 scoreline here, and part of me thinks I should also hedge the 1-3 scoreline, but I can’t trade them all, hence why I’m using the AOA scoreline hedge as cover!

Man City vs Aston Villa

I’m expecting Man City to bounce back with a flourish after their loss against Spurs last weekend. Especially with Arsenal seemingly stuttering against Brentford in yesterday’s draw. This will be a good chance for City to close the gap at the top to 3pts, and with them playing Arsenal in midweek, they could even go top of the league on goal difference should they win both games. It just shows you how quickly things can change in football!
